Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of littleotterco.com.au and to anything you buy from us. By placing an order you accept them.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "Little Otter Co." mean the operator of this store.

Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we cannot verify payment. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars. Little Otter Co. is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. We may change prices at any time, but never after we have accepted your order.

We try hard to keep prices and product details accurate. If an obvious error slips through, we will contact you before dispatching and give you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can vary between screens, and photographs may show items styled with props that are not included. What is included is listed on each product page.

Delivery and returns

Delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your rights as a consumer

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights, and where anything here conflicts with them, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.

Safety and supervision

Our products are intended for use by children with adult supervision. Please follow any age guidance shown on the product page and packaging.

Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees described above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, photographs, and branding — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be reproduced commercially without our written consent.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not use this site for anything unlawful, and do not attempt to interfere with its operation.
